NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Thursday disposed off the suo motu proceedings within the sexual harassment allegation in opposition to former CJI Ranjan Gogoi.

It was adopted by a grievance from Adv Utsav Bains, who alleged conspiracy behind these fees.
The SC bench of Justices S Ok Kaul, A S Bopanna and V Ramasubramanian in its order stated Justice Patnaik report acknowledges that wider conspiracy to degree sexual harassment fees in opposition to the CJI Gogoi “can’t be dominated out”.
The report had stated it may have been due to robust stand taken by then CJI on judicial & administrative facet.
