NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will tackle the eighth convocation of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum College (PDPU), Gandhinagar at 11 am on Saturday by way of video conferencing.
Through the convocation, the Prime Minister will lay the muse stone of a ’45 MW Manufacturing Plant of Monocrystalline Photo voltaic Photograph Voltaic Panel’ and ‘Centre of Excellence on Water Expertise’ on the college, and can inaugurate the ‘Innovation and Incubation Centre – Expertise Enterprise Incubation’, ‘Translational Analysis Centre’ and ‘Sports activities Advanced’.
“At 11 AM tomorrow, 21st November, I’d be addressing the Convocation of PDPU, Gandhinagar. May also be inaugurating varied Centres that will increase analysis, innovation and studying at PDPU,” PM Modi mentioned in a tweet on Friday.
As per an announcement from the Prime Minsiter’s Workplace, about 2,600 college students could be getting their respective Diploma/Diploma at this convocation.
The Pandit Deendayal Petroleum College (PDPU) was established as a non-public college by means of the State Act enacted on April 4, 2007, and provides packages within the domains of Science, Expertise, Administration and Humanities.
