NEW DELHI: The Union housing and concrete affairs ministry on Wednesday stated that 1,183 of the 1,224 strain swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen generation plants being funded by the PM Cares Fund have been commissioned throughout the nation up to now.
Speaking to reporters, ministry secretary Durga Shanker Mishra stated that 22 states and union territories, together with Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Goa and Odisha, have achieved their 100 per cent goal.
He stated that the 1,183 crops, which have been commissioned, have the capability to generate 1,877 metric tonnes (MT) of oxygen.
The remaining 41 crops can be commissioned quickly, Mishra stated, including that the whole of 1,224 PSA oxygen plants being arrange beneath the PM Cares Fund at government-run amenities in states will generate 1,929 MT of oxygen.
“We have now arrange a devoted portal on PSA oxygen technology crops by means of which monitoring is being accomplished repeatedly,” he stated.
